MSc project with cooperation between Oman Natural History Museum and University of Reading. The objectives of this project are to develop a website for Flora of the Sultanate of Oman and to facilitate access to Omani flora by both novices and experts through enhanced indexing, searching, and visualization techniques. Specific search facility and content will be added to help users with different levels of knowledge identify species, based on the amplification of professionally developed taxonomic treatments or species descriptions.
